Ah sure, you have javascript errors on your site, it blocks everything.

What errors and where they are located? It can not be errors. Because plugin Cars attributes works correctly and shows the step 3. Please help solve the case

Theme does not come with any error, it is probably caused by some plugin.
Disable and activate one by one to identify which one is problematic.
