How to increase character limit of Text Area while posting or editing Ad

Hello,

We need to add more than 5000 characters in description field. Can you help us. Is it possible without changing core file.?

Error: "Please enter no more than 5000 characters."

Text area can accept more than 5000 characters while posting or editing the ad.
