On item post i want mode field email to left, but i cant.. always i change the code I make it worse..

can you please tell me the code?

It is div with classes: row user-email
You need to move this one.

If you are going to modify theme and you have no skills, hire developer for this kind of work (check osclass jobs board).
I am not able to modify and test your codes.
