Go to mb-themes.com, click on Get theme plugins, download and install one for zara and in oc-admin install profile picture plugin.

I tried to install the profile picture from the download folder Veronika and the plugin by a problem, while installing profile picture downloaded from the folder Zara the plugin works but it is kinda odd you see too long. Why the one from the Veronika folder from that problem of a string?
