Change max price in search - dislabe second block comments

Hi,

i have 2 questions:

1) i need to change the max price in the search sidebar (attach image)

2) to dislabe the second bloc "COMMENTS" in product page (attach image)

in your admin you can set comments off and the block doesnt appears anymore
