Notification Mail Not Appear

In my web header mail notification does not appear. Can anyone help me how to activate it ??

That is not mail, and its an instant messenger icon. You have to install that plugin .. To display that icon.

Oh so, where can i find the plug, is it buying in MB-Themes or the default plug Oscalss.?
