I have a problem. The automatic generated location links in the footer don't work. I get a 404 Error - how can i fix this bug?

I am pretty sure you have modified rules for friendly URLs. You have probably removed IDs for static pages and now region URLs (and also parent categories as well) are considered as static pages.

Please never modify those rules if you are not sure what are you doing.
