Title: Plugin Suggestion - Location Based Advertisement

Hi there support,

I wanna ask if there's a plugin where it allows the admin (back-end) to have a total control/manage an image block of a page for static ads.

Please Note: these banner ads are NOT the typical classifieds ads from the users but from outside companies.

The admin can tick, choose which country/province/location he wants the banner to appear before he uploads the image.

For instance, our classified site is open for few countries, say 5 and we have a company who wants to advertise only to country/location A, B, & D and NOT on the remaining countries due to their operations or availability of their products.

Hoping for to hear your advice.
