How to make translit for russian friendly url

Now its looks like this
www.domain.com/Транспорт/Легковые-авто

I would like to make like this
www.domain.com/Transport/Legkovye-avto

The names should be in Russian, but in the English alphabet

It is nice idea but not sure if such function even exists in osclass

I found solution, but im not sure is it correct.
In phpadmin table oc_t_category_description

If you rename in Russian cells, and write the names in translit. then the friendly links work in translit, as I wanted, but I'm not sure if this is the right solution. what do you think?
