Problem. Post messages after publication

Veronica template. Moderation is enabled ad. After creating the ad displays 2 messages:
"Your ad has been published"
"Your ad is moderated"

How to remove the message "Your ad is published"?

I do not think you can, it is coming from core. However you could change this message via translation ie to "OK"
