I just bought the Veronika theme a few days back.. and i see all products from Forensik disappear from the osclass market. How will i get updates now?

Can someone tell me what is going on?

Our account has been suspended by osclass staff. As far as this is not our decission, continuation of support and updates must be covered by osclass team.
As far as we are not able to validate user orders, we cannot provide support to them.

Because on that market all osclass users can buy your products easily. Osclasspoint is new site so i dont think so other users will know about that.

I and other osclass users will happy if you will come back in Osclass Market.

but why they suspend your account.

If you have seen my mail for becoming a seller on your site then will you also suspend any developer account like them. because i will create my first plugin so i am thinking also upload my product on osclass market but now i m afraid if they will also suspend my account.

osclass have to reply your emails.

If they dont you have to complain at paypal or whatever you paid with.

Paypal will refund you. And also there are other legal ways.

It is at osclass where you bought, so osclass have to solve issues.

This truly is sad. I don't know what caused this.. but i really think some solution has to come out of this. The buyers are not responsible if some business deal went wrong between mb-themes and osclass.

I hope there can be some fair solution so that we can get our updates, which is what we paid for.

Can i forward the confirmation email to you, so you can verify that i did make the purchases. I just want access to updates for the theme.

You have bought product on osclass market, please discuss such questions with them. Any developer there is like "supplier", if contract is terminated, they should look for new supplier or new solution, you should not contact supplier why goods are not in sale...
You made purchase on osclass market and that is primary channel for support.

I am not saying sorry, there is nothing we should be sorry about. I can do same as osclass, do not reply.
More, updates are not objective of purchase and all products are bought "as-is", any new update remanins on author, even way how it is provided, if free or paid.

As far as it was not our decission, I am not going to react on these questions anymore.
