It is same logic and same workload for database.

I gues host may be causing slowdown because of compatibility

It looks category selection on Publish listing is a problem....

I guess FLAT SELECTION / ICONS may be and is slowing up page load !
Page is loading faster on drop downs !

Thank you for input.
If i use pingdom tools - speed looks okay.
But while using browser - page feels taking too much time to load specially for the first time.

My final conclusion is Publish listing with "FLAT SELECTION / ICONS " is somehow slowing down page load time. I remember, everything was fine. I have tried almost everything to conclude this.

https://howfa.ng/ is my 2nd site on same shared host and it was also slow for Publish Listing page untill yesterday when I changed from FLAT SELECTION ICON to Dropdown.

My conclusion is based on observation of many Veronika theme based websites.

I am learning myself and trying to figure out issues !! .. but sometime being non-coder - its hard to understand issues.

With cleaned cash your site is loading too slow, see photos.
I have 1500 categories and never mind using dropdown or category icons, all is loading fine

I just tested many your links, sign in...etc, and your site is frozen completely in many places not only in item post page.
You have some other issue and problem seem to be common.

what about GZIP is it ON ?
but seems the problem could be with cash on server.

I suggest u to check min server recommendation for OSCLASS, and set up server`s config accordingly ...

Thank you very much Ivanko....this is exactly I was talking about but no body really identified issue ...my best guess is "possible problem by host" but they are not entertaining my query   as they believe everything is alright.

Once cache is in ,

I have tried everything including Gzip but never noticed any improvement.

I have changed from Icons to Drop down in howfa.ng and it feels better.
I will check issues and let you update ...

Once post an item is opened an go back to homepage and back to post item takes 1 second.

I think you have to search in your global.js or other js files for an error.

Try to open in firefox developer with javasccript diasabled. The item post will open in 1 second

Darwazo it is not only item-post , it it many links on your site responding up to 1 minute., eg register page...

Try to run your site on localhost for testing, I am pretty sure all will work fine.

In past i had similar problem, because cash on server wasn't set up correctly
