Search robots find duplicate pages

Hello.
Search robots find duplicate pages and consider the pages are not quality, exclude them from the search.

Previously, I did not know about duplicates of these pages. Please help me what to do?

Urls are not theme features, osclass should be adding canonical url for duplicates (check head.php). Blank pages (no listings) should have noindex property.
