somehow I know, if I delete  ga('set', 'userId', {{USER_ID}}); THEN this could little bit be effective, but unfortunately this will not the soln.

well, how can we create-- Custom User ID , osclass or veronica......  so that we could track our visitor... 'userId', {{USER_ID}});
