And she does not translate the currency for example in the ad is the price of the car 10.000 dollars and the search engine determines this amount as 10.000 euro, although at the exchange rate - it's a completely different amount obtained!

Listing price is shown in currency it was created and osclass does not have currency selector.
You can change currency in search box in theme settings.
