In mobile site i am not getting premium listing. how can i activate premium listing in home page of mobile version and how can i display banner in mobile version...pls help me.

Sorry my mistake, that will be slider not banner. I used the code

i added all the codes to my style.css file and it did not show BUT  i went to the CSS AND JAVASCRIPT MINIFY plugin which i had installed and clicked on REFRESH CSS and everything just appeared

i hope this helps someone still having difficulty with this
