Unable to Download Install Package

Hello, I tried downloading the install package from my dashboard, but it's not downloading the full package. Please check it out.

I tried to download this plugin "Voucher & Discount Osclass Plugin" from the download page, but it's not downloading.
Every other plugin I bought downloaded except this one.
