I have done some work around this issue.
Can you please test zara theme demo if the issue is fixed?

- removed contact seller button
- added form for contact seller directly to item page
- this is valid for IOS only

i have the same problem, button is there but when you click it, nothing happens. Using and iphone with Safari. Even with your demo it does not work.

Hi there

We have the latest version of the theme installed but the contact button is still visible on mobile devices, it doesn't action anything when tapped.

Please can anyone assist or point us in the right direction?

Sorry for later response.
This topic has been solved and closed. Issue was on IOS devices only and for these devices popup is not shown anymore.

I have read through this topic and understand it was only IOS - what I am saying is that when I view our site on an IOS device the button is still there, there is no contact form or any method of contacting the advertiser on IOS mobile as per the demo.

Is there something I am missing as we have the latest version of the theme installed.

You just need latest theme version.

We have version 1.1.6, is that correct?
