Technically it is not possible to get different data for mobile and desktop devices.
Only and only reason is that you have entered into search also some region or city where no listings exist.
Clear cookies in your browser and try again.

It's posible, enter my site from mobile and try to open one category, you will see no ad. Only if you click on Show all.

Yes I have entered your classifieds with my mobile, checked Electronics category and found 13 listings.

Now try to filtre price that 13 listing that you found.

Final Result : NO RESULT FOUND.

It is not because of price, but in search country code is taken into account, but you do not have country selected on any of your listings.

How can i slove that? I had before one problem and i slove it because oc_region missed from my database..
I check a good database and i have 7 thinks what miss from Lannonce database.

The uncheked parts are missing from my new database..
Or it's because i change the "Publish listing" design?

1) Remove country from search
or
2) Add default country to all listings

Go to search.php and remove country selectors.
In functions.php on cookies section comment line containing Params::getParam('sCountry')  -- this may not be required. If country is not passed to search, there is nothing to be stored in cookies.

after selecting country need to show all listings, now which line i want to edit? please tell me bro. hope u understand.. if u have time please edit and send me file bro... my previous theme not have any country selection bt in zara have that that causing some issue when user selecting country, showing only less listings
