Advertisment Placement on adnew listing Page

Hi Friends,

I need to place advertisment on adnew listing (click on publish listing) page. i not sure about which page i need to edit. for details please check the attached screen shot.

is there any code is required for the same for adding advertisement? can you clear the exact path...i mean line.. which would be more easier for me for adding the code.

I need to add skyscraper 160X600
