Hi All,

I have noticed contact seller form has recaptcha as well as another box above captcha with "Enter the word above" & "Help" next to it.

Once the user has filled in the required information to contact seller and click on recaptcha "I'm nit robot" it just keeps on loading in circles.


Any solution to fix this would be great?

I do not think this is somehow related to 3.8

I believe it is because the contact form did not have that extra box and the recaptcha would not keep on loading.

It was working perfectly fine.

Can you or someone please help to remove that extra box that says "Enter the word above" & help?

The recaptcha works fine on login page, post item. edit item, send a friend and contact us page.


It seems quite odd for it to be not working or just keep loading all of suddent and have that extra box.

I have attached the contact seller and send a friend files for your reference.

Please help.
