Via image source check what is real size. If it is small, check your images dimensions in your osclass backoffice in settings - media.

it's nothing got to do with osclass it only happens in your theme,i have activated tuffclassifieds theme and works perfect,i am seriously getting fed up with stupid answers,just give me a proper straight answer!!

That means that probably, problem is inside theme and login to your ftp and oc-admin is required to investigate and fix problem.
