Hi,
After research I decide to ask here for solving this issue.
On home page I have a "Premium" listing showing on Premium Block(and that is ok.) But and also the same listing showing on "Latest items" block..
I check all setting (under oc-admin and also under Zara configurator) everthing correct, I wonder is this theme bug or some other conflict?

 Sure, But I wanted to say that in this case the Latest listing has marked as Premium.
It's obviously that don't show the latest items on "Latest items" block, because not showing items publishing in the last 24 hours.

Not quite following your point.
If you want, you can show all kind of listing in Latest Listing section, but premium will still be marked as premium
