Cannot click "Publish Item" after a warning Stay/Leave message

There is one bug when user publish new listing.

While user uploading pictures, they are in processing (not yet finish upload) if user go to click "Publish Item" it will show warning message "Stay or Leave". We click "Stay" and then wait till picture finishing upload. Then we click on "Publish Item". It will not work. I test few times. Same result.

Please help.  :(

does it work with bender? have you checked javascript errors?

It works with Bender theme. I have tried it.
