i cant find how to change this words : "Publish A listing" (attachment)

and its possible to change the url from : http://zara.mb-themes.com/item/new   in to : http://zara.mb-themes.com/createads ?
if possible.please let me know how to change the url and change the publish a listing words.

You can change url in oc-admin > settings >permalinks > show rules.
Word is from osclass core or plugin (i.e. All in one seo) - plugin that change titles.
