1. There are private and company selections but I don't really understand how listings are put in them, because there are no such selection in "Publish listing" page? New listings are put in private column.

Extra question:

2. Is it possible to let visitors to publish listings in more than one category, I mean select more than one?

1) It is based on user profile preference. User can choose if it is personal or user is company
2) No, not possible, never will be and osclass will never support it
