I'm using Zara theme for my website, there is a problem that when an unregistered user post listing and after validating such listing if he wants to delete that listing through delete listing url (received by mail) he can't delete  , a flash massage is appearing '' SORRY WE COULD NOT DELETE THE LISTING ''

There can be plugin installed that can block this. You need to try removal on database level to delete row in item table and investigate error message

I can't see any error but I have installed a plugin i.e Ghostbuster (From Osclass)

That plugin only removea liating that are in ghost state, but will not solve your problem
