how do i change the format of this http://imgur.com/a/htWQI ,i want the peso sign to be on front of the price and to have the price have a (,) seperator. thanks

You cannot, free and check with seller are default for osclass, theme just style it.

i manage to delete it in item-post.php would there be a bug or a problem if i deleted that?

User is still able to place listing for free/check with seller. It is required just to let price field blank or place here 0.
