Probably limitation of your hosting.

but I already have released 8 mega upload in osclass and my Web host has released 20 mega upload and the limit of memory already in 256 megs

Make sure your upload director is writeable (777 permision)

dear sir.

i have a same problem with it.. in my server i have changed the /etc/php.ini and the max file already 8 Mb and in the setting / media already uncheck
()  Keep original image, unaltered after uploading. Image may occupy more space than usual.

please help some advice how to fix it ,
