Hy,

When an user publishing a listing, in manage listings from admin, apear with Never Expires.
But, i want that listing to have validity ( eg , 30 days) , then notify the user and if it is valid to update the listing with another 30 days or 15 days.

How can do it?

You are little messign differrent plugins and functionality.
You can set it in oc-admin > categories > edit (for each category).
