The contact is not working
When somebady try to send email to me( ADMIN )  appear that the email has been send correctly but I dont get the email
on  oc-admin  on setting appear:
                                       Cannot be sure that Apache Module <b>mod_ssl</b> is loaded.


please help me !!

You need to contact your hosting provider to update php settings.

I had contact them, but all the setting they gave me didn~t make any change !!

Well, you should tell it to them.
This has nothing to do with our theme.

The email is working now ! I had contact my server and its working.
when somebody send email to admim ( me) by main page. I get the email correctly, but the people are not receiving  the
welcome email !!

Yes. .after registration !
I had try to register email from hotmail or gmail  but both didnt get any REGISTRATION EMAIL SAYING WELCOME

I do not have link, I was browsing forums today and just found it can be issue with hosting certificate for mail.

I have another ensue.

The welcome email is not working .
But is somebody register and go in forget password , they receive the email to update and fix the password
