the seo of this themes suck for seo tag like H1 H2 H3 we cant put your title inside or text !

Not sure what you mean but theme use H tags in limited way, as there are plugins that could contain H tags as well and break structure. We deliver all theme files so you can adjust H tags as you like once your site is finally configured.

zara need absolutely a place or add page title in H1 tag

You can place it there, we deliver all theme files. Simply go to oc-content/themes/zara and add it where you need it.
header.php for header, item.php for listing page, search.php for search page, main.php for home page...
Customize it as much as you need or like.
