Title: Hello, I want to add the drop down keywords for the search box

Hello, I want to add the drop down menu of keywords for the search box. For ex. When a user type for searching about something like user type " Samsung " on search box then on the same time there will be drop down menu which shows all the related keywords of that. Please help me how to add / edit this to enable this drop down search.
