Help me fix the mobile version of my new website

I want to customize the mobile version of my website...I want latest items shown below the categories ..

Basically I want the mobile view of my website look like this one (lakompra.com)..

Can anyone help me in doing this ??

Thanks...

Category option is fixed ..Now I only need one more thing added in the mobile view of my website. i.e search bar with full width below the logo of my page....
