I have few questions:

1) How can enable a user to upload a profile picture?
 
2) How can add a Google Adsense on my site(theme Zara)?

3) I would like to add in the cars attribute plugin many checkbox(Other caracteristics), how can i do and implement in edit/details .php files? Someone to help me, please?

4) Where can I modify/translate text messages on email?

1) install Profile Picture plugin (download theme plugins: http://mb-themes.com/content/10-theme-plugins)
2) from theme settings, there are 3 fields where you can place your adsense for osclass
3) you would need to modify car attributes plugin... maybe check custom attributes or custom fields
4) in oc-admin > settings > email templates
