hey i have problem on car custom filed i add make for example cars type (Toyota) and i want to chose filed from Toyota model i duno how to make this its show on the demo theme but i tried to add it on my theme its not working i want to click on Toyota its show me more model of Toyota hope you got my q?

Car attributes is free plugin, I do not think you can get something like that.
