counter ads

Good afternoon. Tell me how to correct the error in the plugin to show the number of ads. It works but shows why it is twice multiplied by 2 the number of ads. And where it is located and how to fix it. Thanks in advance.
Example: a person gives you 1 ad - 2 ad is displayed

This counter is provided by list seller items plugin. Yet there were no such issues.
