Osclass does not have functionality to rename oc-admin folder, you do it manually changing database fields, renaming folder.
Therefore we do not need to support such actions and you take all the risk from renaming this folder.
To get fast support, we need following details: Detail description, URL to reproduce problem, Screenshots

Please check https://doc.osclass.org/HDefines.php  (osc_admin_base_url($with_index = false))
and
http://forums.osclass.org/general-help/(solved)-how-to-rename-the-oc-admin-folder/

I am renaming admin folder for some security. Why can't you use standard functions for retriving url?

It is just function, you cannot change oc-admin folder name from classifieds configuration.
It was proven by osclass team that there is no need to rename this folder.
With ongoing releases, we are using osc_admin_base_url, but we are not going to update all themes and plugins for this.
