I noticed anytime i click the submit button - [Creating new account, Submitting a listing, loggin in...] it gives a "Probable invalid request" message.

Usually it represents server problem.
You should try:
- uninstall all plugins
- try on different installation of osclass on same server
- try on different server

I installed on wampserver and its the same problem. I noticed when i sign out the problem start. and when revert to the bender theme the submit button functions well

Have tried everything still giving the error message.

Yes that is problem with tokens.
Try to uninstall all plugins.
