I'm using new zara theme updates and i'm facing an issue on my user side..

My users who had facebook id with their mobile number register id were unable to post an Ad.


For ex : when a user get logged in our website with facebook id which is registred with number.. then they were unable to post an Ad it says "Email Invalid"

Please help me

Sir my issue is that, users with facebook id who has registered their facebook id with mobile numbers and those user while logged in into our website then they successfully get logged but they were unable to post an Ad.. on ad posting page it Says " Email Invalid"

Hello sir, i think you still not got what i'm trying to say about my issue.. Let me expalin again.. When my users log in into my website using his/her Facebook id (FB id which is registered using mobile numbers) means the user who had facebook id with mobile numbers when they get logged in into our website and while they try to post an Ad then it says email invalid. If such person do not have any email, this user cannot create listing on osclass as email is required field.

Sir user has entered a new email on the Ad Posting page.. so that it must could have to work or not?? Because many of the osclass website also uses facebook login but on there website it is working fine. Why so??

How to solve this issue please help.. any major to bypass this email thing while posting an ad via fb login??

Free plugin was done 4 years ago for version 3.1, it may not work on 3.7.
Facebook API may changed as well.
On osclass market you have paid solutions that works for sure.
