replace number 18 with your own..... you may need to adjust styling as well.

in style.css of theme. How? I do not know, you need to develop it.

your customers that has sub categories more than 18 and you tell them to develop on their own? Is this kind of support you offer your client?

You do realize that if you provide a solution for this many of your clients will benefit from it right?

Please do not play it on this side.
Theme is delivered as is. If you want to do something, then do it. But if you expect you ask "How" and someone will give you all the code and modification, then.. welcome to real world.
You did not pay for modifications and support does not include custom modifications.

You as client has received everything you paid for.
I.e. if you bought product on osclass market and you ask question on custom development, developer does not need to even answer you.

And please do not say how many clients would benefit from it, as there has been noone that would ask this after 1.5 year.
List of subcategories on homepage contains first 18 categories. Others are shown on category page.

So please, do not mess support and custom development.

Does accommodate more than 18 sub categories require a lots of time and complex to do on your side or just adding or changing few lines of codes? how can this be custom? osclass allow you to enter more than 18 and i didn't know before hand that Zara didn't show more than 18 sub categories, I had categories already entered in Osclass and works on Bender theme.  if this is custom then what is process and cost? Often times I am confused with your support standard, what is it that you actually support?

When i ask support question, either you say plugin not supported and go ask the plugin developer. When i ask about your product, you tell me to develop yourself? is this kind of support you provide your client?

I have purchased payment pro from osclass and 3 other plugins along with it , they provide me with the support and solution.

I am sure you do not want to put yourself into the other developer that do not answer question?

If the product is sold as is then please state it on your site that it has no support.


I purchased your patricia and now zara and maybe more in the near future, and this is the quality support you give to your loyal customer?

Please, do not mess support and custom development.
You did not asked to help you to modify something, you have asked us to do it for you.
We guide you what file to go, what to change and advised you may need to modify styling for these blocks as well, because you are modifying them.
