I see some people are using premium ads in their sites. Has the duplicate problem / error being solved?.
Can you share, how to get it working properly with no duplicates.

In my opinion basic rule is not to show premium block if you have less than 1000 listings and less than 10 premium items.
Otherwise it looks like duplicate.
