How do I set PREMIUM ads to appear first in search list

1) create premium loop that will show random XY premium listings at top in it's box. Negative - some of premium listings will be shown duplicated
2) use solution to sort listings by premiums on load. Positive - no duplicates, all premiums are first

Elena display on the theme premium search ads were the first, not the same in theme Zara. Not from osclass
