You have javascript errors in your site.

Basic hint is not to add javascript you do not know and not to add javascript if you do not know how or where.
This code is not delivered with theme.

That's not the answer I'm looking for and you know it.

Just tell me please, if this 'javascript error' can be fixed and how.

If it can't be fixed, I will remove the vector map plugin and that's that.

We do not work on demand to fix problems caused by you.
To ensure problem is not in theme, uninstall all plugins and replace theme files with original.
If you create error, it's your job to fix it.
