Hello, I have been through all your forum post but couldn't find a listing to my problem. I created a zara_child theme so i can comfortable modify the files without loosing it on future updates but i noticed that my child theme is working fine but when i make changes, it doesn't stay. I practically don't see any changes. Can anyone help me with a viable solution? I have really tried but still not working.

We have released version 1.0.8 that should fix issues with child themes (as name of child theme is changed to original one).
You can download from our site now, on osclass market it will take few days/weeks.

How do i download from your website? I don't seem to know how to. How do i reference it with my purchase from the marketplace?

On market you need to wait till new version is validated by osclass team.

I followed your guide but it still doesn't give me a way to download it. I really need it to start working on my project as soon as possible. I can't wait till the market upload it. That will delay my work. Pls give me an alternative.

Well, if you bought theme from market, you need to follow market.

There should have been a way to reference the purchase. Either with a product code or something else so i can have access to downloading from both your and the marketplace. Pls help me out ASAP. I can give you my admin details so you can confirm i actually bought the theme. then you can send me the zip file directly please. Or alternatively, you can walk me through fixing the issue at hand.

We have provided update, contact osclass team.

My client is already on my neck. I am practically new to osclass. This is the first time i am using it. I really don't know the steps or protocols to follow.

If you buy theme from osclass market, you download updates from there.
If osclass market did not validate update yet, there is nothing we can do about it, it is outside us.

Technically you are saying there is nothing you can do to help me through my very first request??  Wow, impressive. Thanks but no thanks cos i really expected more. I have always used themeforest so i thought the process here would be as easy as it is there.

It is not "process here", it is osclass process and we have nothing to do with it, complain there.

All i am asking you is to send me the zip file or help me update it instead. It ain't gonna take much of your time. Just a minimum of 5min process. Please, certain times we compromise somethings. I know you have rules stuffs. but here i am in dire need of your assistance.
