Contact Seller form client side validatin

Hai how to enable client side valuation for contact-seller form in item page(http://zara.mb-themes.com/vehicles/cars/mercedes-benz-gl400-2011_i115) like this http://zara.mb-themes.com/user/profile/5  contact form.

it is javascript form validation of fields like e-mail...
