As you can see in the screenshot the contact seller popup shows one scroll bar and you can see the header of "Send to a friend" page, please check this user profile http://lakompra.com/user/profile/191.

I'm trying to see if there is a frame setting on CSS to change the size.

you have probably broken some structure here and it is showing also header information.
I was not able to reproduce such bug on our demo site.

In item.php there is variable: $content_only.
Header is shown just in case:
<?php if($content_only == 0) { ?>
You might remove this.

Taking your advice I remove the  <div style="display:none!important;"><?php osc_current_web_theme_path('header.php'); ?></div></div></div> from item-send-friend.php.

I found that the  style="display:none!important;" is not working.

Now is fixed, thanks again
