I am facing an issue on google chrome, http://clueget.com/ is my site the problem is unable to select any item in select a category list in search bar. It is working in firefox, seems like any cookie or script related issue.

Checked and did not get such issue.
Next time please test with original theme files.

Do you checked it on my domain http://clueget.com/ ? Can you give some possible clues about this problem. The problem exist when top-navi div is passed into sticky javascript plugin. But it is very important for me such a design change.Please suggest any solution.

Sorry, I did not get such issue no matter what is position of scroll. Tested on firefox & chrome.

Can you say what is the need of

It seems like no problem exist when commenting
