I know there are only very small changes in latest osclass version, mostly security fixes so do not see reason why there should be problem, not on plugins or themes.
Anyway, as is guided, you should backup your files and database before update.

if u r well known about osclass and scripts and php... this is not a issue to update bt if u r not familiar dont update because this is not a major update...
