i am getting server error issue on print ad plugin, can u please tell me that what is the server requirement for that plugin and why it was not working?

Not sure, you need to be able to open following URL:
http://classibook.com/oc-content/plugins/print_ad/print.php (http://classibook.com/oc-content/plugins/print_ad/print.php)
You are getting Internal Server Error, so you need to determine if:
- there is PHP error
- or URL is blocked by your hosting company
To check if second is true, replace content of file:
oc-content/plugins/print_ad/print.php
and place there only:
<?php echo 'It works'; ?>
Then if you open this URL, you should be able to see text "It works", if you do not see it, problem is on your hosting and they should give you guide how to fix it.

i replaced this code <?php echo 'It works'; ?> in print.php but same error i am getting i contacted server providers but they are telling, please inform what is the requirements of server to work this, they dont know anything about this, worst hosting
please check the below log for error:
Premature end of script headers: print.php, referer: http://mydomain.com/mci-approved-medical-university-in-philippines-3883
and also please tell me bro how to solve or what is server requirements for this

I would say server requirements are much lower as for osclass and should be only 1:
- PHP 5.3 or higher

Bro host providers telling, everything ok with server and it was issue with programming... what to do now? is there any way to solve this issue? if u have any idea about this please reply me... and no need to gave reply immediately, when u r free then gave reply,, thank u.....

Look, if you place into PHP file code:
<?php echo 'It works'; ?>
You eliminate any programming errors, it is easiest PHP code and you can be sure everything is OK in this file, it is not related to anything, it only show text.
If you still cannot open this file and getting Internal Server Error, there is problem on your server accessing this file and if your hosting provider tells something like this, he is doing idiot from you.
Even more, they should be able to tell you exactly what is problem. I can tell you experience with my hosting provider, there was problem that on prestashop paypal payments could not go through and users could not buy anything. You can be sure that such error can be done only by expert in this area. They have identified issue, fixed it on their servers and were tracking my payments for next 2 weeks to make sure everything is going ok. For 30€ per year.

for who 30euros per year? for hosting providers or server supporters to fix issues? and my hosting providers are stupids they dont know anything about this type of issues and they provide only hosting with out server down time...

I pay 30€ per year for my hosting, nothing more. (it is just to imagine that there was no payment to support).

yes now i got it :) cheap hosting providers will not support and they only provide hosting with out server down... and who is u r hosting provider? i am paying 61 euros ( 4500 rupees for 2gb vps ) this is some thing cheap in india :( :-\

yes that is nice plans they are providing from least to best sites.. and also no need to pay useless things, we need to pay what we use .... thats great, but they will provide good hosting for indian sites? sorry this is out of topic.... :P i will contact them

ok bro... but i have still 9 months validity of present hosting, it is the matter of after 9months but it will useful for other visitors to find good hosting and normal persons will wrong in finding good hosting but developers never wrong in finding good hosting providers....

I have seen that your Print Ad is now working fine, can you explain what was the issue and how did you resolve it?

Nothing bro, that is issue with permission of files. After changing permissions everything fine, but it was changing permissions automatically after opening file or edit.

you need to install osclass again with the old database

Sorry for delay,
nohing to fix that bro, this issue was causing only because permissions
0755 for print ad plugin folder
index.php and print.php need to have 0644
thats it

755 also for the whole plugins folder, problem solved. Thanks Ghany! :D

I made 755 permission on the folder and files of the plugin print_ad and still giving the server error message, what do I do now? I have no more ideas!

There were recenlty about 5 people that were blaming us how bad are our plugins and how bad is our support because of this error. Everytime problem was on hosting side, so I am not going to explain again what you can do. It is described here, just read.
